What this demo is trying to be

A read-only Arc Testnet USDC treasury decision MVP with deterministic verification and an auditable evidence path. The point of this page is to make the current demo easy to read without opening the dashboard first.

The last few changes that made the project read more like a maintained demo instead of a static shell.

Added the reviewed V2 control path
architecture
The repository includes tested V2 policy and executor reference contracts, but the submitted deployment does not present them as live evidence.
July 18, 2026
Made the complete test path deterministic

Known gaps

These are the edges that are intentionally left visible.

Maintenance notes are browser-local until a shared backend is added.
The submitted public deployment is read-only; no treasury transaction is sent or claimed.
The V2 contracts are tested reference code and are not presented as deployed evidence.
Circle wallet-set readiness is shown as a dependency signal, not proof of custody or transfer.
