What this project proves

A read-only Arc Testnet USDC treasury decision MVP with deterministic verification and an auditable evidence path. The point of this page is to make the verified demo easy to replay without opening every surface first.

Reviewer signal
Operators can open one public page and see the report path, the live policy path, and the operator gate without guessing where to click next.
Output
The dashboard emits a copyable readiness report and a deterministic decision receipt for review in chat, docs, or GitHub. The receipt is not an onchain record unless a future transaction hash is published.
Surface
Arc Testnet policy, Circle readiness, executor state, and onchain identity evidence are visible in one flow.
Replay
You can replay the same flow locally in read-only preview mode; no operator wallet is required.
Backtest verified
No transactions submitted

Reproducible decision and safety evidence

The CLI, automated test, API, and this page all use the same shared backtest implementation.

How to replay it

Four steps, one short path, no extra context needed.

01
Open the case study
Start here if you want the 3-minute explanation before looking at the live checker.
02
Open the dashboard
Generate a readiness report from the current balance and policy inputs.
03
Compare the scenarios
Use the sample states to see how the same report changes when the balance moves.
04
Inspect the evidence
Check the report markdown, the notes page, and the repo trail before judging the build.

What to inspect first

The fastest way to tell whether the project is useful is to check these four things.

Public visitors can understand the build without a wallet.
The dashboard produces one readable report instead of a wall of disconnected status cards.
Each copied or downloaded action pack includes a deterministic decision receipt, clearly marked as not published onchain.
The Arc Testnet policy, Circle readiness, and executor state are visible in the same place.
The public write path remains hard-disabled; execution contracts are retained only for code review.

1-minute local run

The local reviewer flow is preview-only and does not require an operator wallet.
